• Temperature: Thrives in temperatures between 65-75°F (18-24°C). Avoid drafts and temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
• Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. Mist the leaves or place on a humidity tray if the air is dry.
• Soil: Well-draining, rich potting mix. A general houseplant mix works well.
• Fertilizing: Feed monthly with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding in fall and winter when growth slows.
• Pruning: Remove any yellowing or damaged leaves to keep the plant looking tidy. You can also trim the branches to control its size and shape.
• Pests: Can attract spider mites, mealybugs, or scale. Treat with insecticidal soap if necessary.
• Toxicity: Toxic to pets if ingested, so keep out of reach of animals.
