Plant Care

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Can tolerate lower light, but it may not bloom as frequently. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
• Water: Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry. Ensure good drainage to prevent waterlogging.
• Temperature: Thrives in temperatures between 65-80°F (18-27°C). Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
• Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. Mist the leaves regularly or place on a humidity tray to help boost moisture levels.
• Soil: Well-draining, rich potting mix. A general houseplant mix works well, but you can also add perlite for better drainage.
• Fertilizing: Feed every 4-6 weeks with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding in fall and winter when growth slows.
• Pruning: Remove spent flowers and any dead or yellowing leaves to keep the plant looking tidy.
• Pests: Can attract aphids, mealybugs, or spider mites. Treat with insecticidal soap or neem oil if necessary.
• Toxicity: Toxic to pets if ingested, so keep out of reach of animals.
