Plant Care

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Can tolerate lower light but may lose some of its vibrant green and yellow coloring.
• Water: Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot. Let the soil dry out slightly between waterings.
• Temperature: Thrives in temperatures between 65-75°F (18-24°C). Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 50°F (10°C).
• Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. Mist occasionally or use a humidity tray if the air is dry.
• Soil: Well-draining, lightweight potting mix. A general houseplant mix works well.
• Fertilizing: Feed monthly during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding in fall and winter.
• Pruning: Trim any leggy growth to keep the plant looking neat and encourage new growth.
• Pests: May attract aphids, mealybugs, or spider mites. Treat with insecticidal soap if needed.
• Toxicity: Toxic to pets if ingested.
